Microsoft Outlook Express 5.0-6.0 - Disconnected

  1. Double-click on If you do not see this icon on your desktop:

    1. Click on
    2. Select "Programs"
    3. Find and select "Outlook Express"

  2. Click on the "Tools" menu.
  3. Select the "Options" option.

  4. Select the "Connection" tab.
  5. "Hang up after sending and receiving" should NOT be checked.

  6. Click "OK."
